A. Returns – Replacement of products

Should you wish to return a product, we provide you the possibility -with the process of this paragraph- to replace this with a same product (if the product is available) or a same value product, under the condition that the request for return is submitted by e-mail (posted on the company’s website) no later than seven (7) days from the date you received the product. Costs for the return of the product and shipping costs to be borne by you. Replacement of the products will take place within 15 working days provided that the return conditions (as listed hereunder) are fulfilled by the date that the company received them.

The company’s policy is not to refund. In cases of returns of products, that the company has received and checked, their value will be credited to the user’s electronic account. The user is entitled for a period of 6 months from the date of return of the product to redeem the credited amount for the purchase of any item of maximum equal value. After six (6) months, this possibility for the user to purchase expires.

 

B. Returns – Defective products

In case of return of a defective product, you are entitled to get it replaced, by submitting a return request via e-mail (posted on the company’s website) no later than seven (7) days from the date you received the product. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will process your request and we will notify you within five (5) working days through your e-mail address, as stated when you purchased the product, for the replacement or not.

In this case, shipping costs for the return of the product are charged to you while the shipping costs for sending the new product charge our company. The new product will be dispatched within fifteen (15) working days.

 

In all the above-mentioned A-and-B-cases, conditions for the acceptance of product return and Exchange or Replacement are cumulatively; (i) the product is returned in its original packaging, (ii) the product has not been used, worn or cut, (iii) the Product is accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. In Periods of discounts, product replacements are calculated at the discount price and not at their original price.

Returns that are incompatible with our company’s policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

For your own convenience, it is recommended to check carefully your order upon delivery and the condition of the sold product, as well as to check if the product’s packaging is intact. In case a fault is detected in a returned product during quality control, the company undertakes to contact the consumers in order to resolve the issue and exchange the item if needed.
